A. Shipping and insurance charges are added to all shipments. On orders placed for shipping outside the Continental United States, an additional shipping charge will be added. (We will send you an email informing you of the charges before shipping). Please note that D'MAYCOTTE.COM can only ship to street addresses, and cannot ship to post office boxes or APO addresses. Our preference for shipping is FedEx ground. We offer expedited delivery service at an additional charge. No matter which method of shipping is used we guarantee your merchandise free from loss or damage.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its ORIGINAL condition within 14 days of purchase. Please insure the merchandise for it's full value when shipping and wrap carefully to insure against damage. Q. How do I get an item repaired?

A. We repair items made by D'Maycotte Artisans. Please contact us via email to set up a repair order and provide contact information as well as a detailed description of what is wrong with the item. You will be sent detailed information about how to send the repair to us and a repair fee estimate after an assessment has been made.

Q. How do I care for my D'Maycotte Gold and Silver?

A. Between professional servicings, most gold jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewelry regularly to ensure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure. Sterling silver tarnishes quickly, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some types of paper. D'Maycotte recommends a nonabrasive silver polish to keep your silver looking its best. Storing jewelry properly is important as well. We recommend that you keep D'Maycotte jewelry in a softly lined protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.

Q. How do I care for my jewelry?

A. Over time, fine jewelry can become a treasured family heirloom if it is cared for properly. Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones. The surface of gold, platinum and silver jewelry can become dulled. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry. Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year.
